2011 dodge ram

Ok. I'm new to all of this stuff. I just took my 2011 dodge ram 1500 and put in the pro comp 6in lift with 37x13.5xr20 wheels and rims, k&n 77 series cai, bank 90mm throttle body, new racing radiator, new brake booster, new jb long tube headers, new alternator from the company out of Ohio that custom build them for your truck, and flow master American thunder cat back exhaust with series 40 muffler, plus brakes rotars and calipers from power stop z36. Along with that I have replaced the short shafts, and a whole lot of other small items that have totaled around 2500 or so. I have 5.7 hemi and truck has right at 152k miles. I have had it since 19k miles. It's the big horn I believe with sport package and every option on it. I have thrown the trinity 2 diablo on it and here is what's going on.

My serv 4wd light is on. I cannot go into 4x4 mode at all. I dont know if I'm getting the most out of the tunes or of I need someone to take a look at my specs. Not sure how to proceed to get the info to whomever it is that does this stuff. I have ran the tow tube, 91 octane tune and the gas mileage tune. Anyway, I'm lost and any help would be amazing. Not sure on the service 4x4 light, makes me think something is installed wrong or not connected?
But its not related to the tune...

Check anything that was moved or disconnected during previous installs, etc.
