2017 ram 1500 not starting

I’m in need of some help with my 2017 ram 1500 5.7l. I just got my pcm from diablo today and I finally got the pcm swapped and got my tuner plugged in. After plugging the tuner in and installing the perf trans tune and diablo tune I was getting the code u0101 which “failure to connect to the tcm”. After driving the truck with this code for a short trip becasue I was already far from my house, I got home and decided to reset the tunes and try it again. About 20 minutes I went out to start my truck and it wouldn’t turn on. My key goes all the way over the run position and does nothing. Decided to unplug the tuner and still wouldn’t turn on. Disconnected the battery and still am getting no turn over. When I mean no turn over I mean the key goes and no spark, nothing. Not sure what to do at this point becasue this truck is my daily. Anyone have any ideas what it could be?
