We got it to push a different tune after I re-installed the factory tune.

So I re-installed the factory tune then went to customize the diablo tune and it hung up on the please wait screen after I selected the customize option.

So as it stands now, I can install a different tune if I re-install the factor tune first but I cannot customize the new tune before loading it into the vehicle.

this is resolved. Please update your device with ignition then you should be able to modify params at will.
