U7146 tune recommendations for 2003 Merc Marauder w/4.11 gea

Does anyone have any tuning suggestions for optimum performance for a 2003 Mercury Marauder with 4.11 gear

Load the 93 tune with god fuel, adjust for the gears, and enjoy :)

God fuel? Do you simply mean high 92/93 octane fuel?
