Good Morning I need your support currently working on a Ford F150 3.5 Ecoboost 2017 model, I have this issue its keep telling that needs updates the device then I updated the device thru ignition software after connecting it to the vehicle its says communication problem need to contact support here is the device info;

I just tell the costumer to comeback tonight to complete the tune for his truck, hopefully will work as its posted on the products details with no issues....

The Raptor is not yet supported for tuning.

No its not the raptor the truck is Ford F150 2017 3.5Ecoboost..

Hi,
