Predator not able to perform backup

Hi all,

I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 6.1 2007. I tried to use Predator, but it shows the following messages:

1- Original Backup not saved (-30)
2- PCM: error verifying backup (3)
3- Predator is rejecting backup. It apperars to be a Predator tune
4- Not tuning vehicle because of backup (4)

The Predator is not married.

What can I do? I live in Germany.

its already tuned with one of our devices.
Assuming it is not heavily modified, give us a call with the tool powered up n the vehicle and we'll force it to perform a calibration update to get it back to stock.
