i have an 03,350 with the 6.0 liter and it does the same thing. Only in high gear at 45 mph it'll studder, if you let it of and then depress the gas again it'll be in 4th and no problem. When I tow the trailer it gets worse in 5th gear. I have no idea what it could be but it helps to know i aint the only one hehe. thanx eh! fellow canadian

did the sea foam help with the surging im having the same surge in the same speed ranges
