calibration Id: 68004309AD

I went to retune my car got my factory tune backed up and then it went on to tune and it ran into a problem and froze up now my tunner will not let me do anything I plugged it into the computer and it gave me an error and said to contact using this calibration ID 68004309AD.

were you at the dealer since you last tuned the vehicle?

looks like you went to the dealer and did not restore your stock tune first...

I restored the stock tune before I took it in for an oil change that's why I was putting the tune back on.

well its still married, so it seems you did not restore first, please fax email or post proof of the dealer service then we can reset it for you.
