I2 Tuner won't open on my PC
Just purchased the I2 and tried to backup stock program to my PC as directed and my PC won't let me open the tuner saying "you don't have access to this folder" I have tried dumbing down my security settings and allowing full access to on my PC to incoming programs and received the same message. I have read posts by others sharing similar difficulties. Please help.

unplug the tool. go to control panel and click on "programs and features". then fine "diablosport usb driver" uninstall. then when done plug the tool back in and let it load its own drivers and tou should be ok. let me know.

Took my PC to tech support today. It was HP client security preventing me from using the USB drive. Thanks for the reply.
