2011 eco boost install issues

Got my i2020 yesterday for my 2011 f150 3.5 eco boost. Hooked up to laptop and updated it, tried installing and unit says to updated it after I select what tune I want, tire change, gear ratio change, speed limiter remove. Hit appropriate yes/no questions and unit goes to back up stock tune and keeps telling me it needs an up dated 20seconds in. Not sure what to do.

Emailed tech support and was going back and forth with Daniel. Sent him my file and next day told me to update. Unit now backed up and loaded a tune. Now "dead petal", restored to stock tune and truck drives again. Emailed Daniel again, waiting for response now.

are you using the easy tune option to disable the speed limiter?
If so thats the issue, do that from the advanced menu.

Exactly what Daniel told me to do. It worked. Had miss fire on the 93 tune(still running stock plugs 11'). Put in the tow tune and truck went sideways with traction control on. Put a huge smile on my face.

Thank you Daniel. Nothing more frustrating than buying something and couldn't use it. All bugs seem worked out.
