2 I-2's with no tunes

I have gotten 2 I-2020 tuners and both have no tunes file in them. If yours has is like this DO NOT TRY TO LOAD YOU WILL BE TOWING YOUR VEHICLE TO FORD AND PAYING THEM TO REFLASH THE PCM I HOPE DIABLO GETS THEIR STUFF FIGURED OUT.

If there was no tune file in the tool it wouldn't have programmed anything in the first place. So please elaborate on the story.

Also post up and info.xml file from one of the tools so I can at least see what vehicle you're working with.
