Logging vehicle

So I decided to try and log my vehicle to send to my tuner. Seems to log just fine.. but I have tried two different SD cards and neither are recognized. Is there another way to pull the logs off my tuner? I tried to hook it up to the PC and see if I can figure it out and get them off but I dont see anyway to do it. As well I had posted that my 0-60 motion and tree are not functioning yesterday. tried to reset like I was told and tried it again. Still didnt work. I'm thinking I have buggered tuner. I load tunes and what not on the truck, I can see the boost gauge and other things but some functions do not work. any help would be appreciated.

use the dataviewer program to pull the logs from the tool,

max sd card size is 2gb.
