2013 Taurus SHO stuck in "please wait"

I had to take my car in for warranty work so I put the stock tune back in. Now I got my car back and when plug in my tuner I can't get past the "please wait" screen. Any suggestions?

lets reset it, go to settings/advanced/tech support/advanced/registry reset, and type out the key it displays then post it here and wait for my reply please.
