No preloaded tunes

I recently purchased a predator from a random guy off a app called letitgo, I tried to install a tune but all it has is modify stock tune and restore original. Apparently I got screw but is there anyway to fix this? Would really like to have the 91tune and if any others were suppose to be preloaded on this device it's 9r17 I don't know if I just need to update it or what but can find update links then I found out that these are discontinued. Any help?

what does the device show under options/show last tune written?

Goes through a couple of codes and shows my VIN but that's it.
It's U7194.

its married to a vehicle if it shows that for LTW.
It can be reset for $129 by calling in with the tool powered up.

That's more than what I paid for this thing, how would I go about doing that.

I did a couple months back and they told me it wouldn't work for my truck for some reason. I figure my truck was flashed at the dealer before I bought the Predator. Last time I tried it I got the engine power reduced light , so I stopped messing with it, but I was trying different versions. It came with v9r17, now it's on v9r32 or 31 I'm not sure I can't remember. V9r17 at least reconized my vehicle now it says configuration not supported if I remember correctly, because of the updating I guess now I can't modify stock parameters anymore.
