Caliber SRT4 error P2261

It's me again, need some help....the car goes into boost however sometimes I get this error code P2261 (BOV related) with or without a CEL...when it happens the car drives normally but no boost at all....I have a custom tune but my programmer has not managed so far to tune it out...is there some sort of update that you guys can do for my BOV? I have a Forge Motorsport DV008 installed...thanx

if it is an aftermarket BOV you may need the tune edited for that change, Id discuss with your tuner.

Spoke to my tuner, according to him this is something that you guys need to fix creating some sort of BOV update.

if your tuner feels there is something we need to add to the software, we have a means for them to contact us and make the request.

Unfortunately I cant go to engineering and request some sort of BOV update.

My tuner has already made the request, I am supposed to be waiting for you guys to edit the tune for me.....how long am I supposed to wait for it to happen? It's been six months already that I bought this tuning device of yours and yet we are not done with the tuning of my car....merry christmas!!!

we dont edit tunes for people. There is a disconnect somewhere.
I havent seen any emails come through requesting this, is it the P0299 code that was requested on our forum recently?

yes, that's the one...it still appears each time I need to raise boost levels on my csrt4....how long do I have to wait for it, I mean check it out a bit, it's been over a full month that I am waiting here....come on....please can someone help me out? Please take a look at the section of tuners on the forum, I have no access there, my tuner has requested from you guys to take a look into the matter, he has managed to eliminate the code P2261 and now only code P0299 still persists and prevents me hitting the desired levels of boost...thanx

this has been added, we replied to your tuner on 1/9 informing that the code disable was added and he will see it next time he opens the file in cmr.
