Banks Sidewinder Tune Parameter Changes

I have a 2006 Wrangler TJ with the Banks Sidewinder Turbo kit. The Banks kit came with a Diablo SportTune programmer that was pre-loaded with a Bank tune specific to the TJ with Sidewinder. The tune works great for engine operation however the SportTune will not allow me to change other parameters like tire size, axle ratios, or T-case ratio. When I attempt to input the correct tire size (as well as the other parameters) the programmer says it cannot complete the operation.

I have contacted Banks and they were no help, they said "oh yeah sometimes this works and sometimes it doesn't" I am hoping Diablo or someone on the forum can help.

Non rubicon TJ models do not use an electronic speedo sensor, so it cant be changed in the tunes unfortunately.
