How to restore factory settings

I received a new I2. My old one was corrupted and the new one arrived today. I tried to put a new tune on my 2014 Sierra 6.2 but it tells me to restore to factory settings and start anew. How do I do this? That option is not available to me. I have gone through every menu and nothing for restoring to factory settings is available.

at any point were you advised to grab a copy of the backup files from the first device, or to send them to one of the techs here?
