Unsupported Vehicle

Just bought the Predator 2 for my 2006 Ram 1500 Hemi. It said that the tuner requires a database update, that the vehicle is unsupported and the calibration team has been notified. Any idea how long it takes for a new calibration to be up and ready?

can you provide the serial number from the device so I can check this out?

Sorry for the delay, it turns out the cal i your truck is really old....
We'd like to ask that you get it to a dealership and have them update the vehicles calibration. We'll reimburse the cost up to $150.
Once the PCM is updated by the dealer, not only will the truck likely run and behave better when stock, it will be directly supported for you to load the P2 tunes to it.
