tuner shutting down

F-150 2015 3.5l eco boost. My tuner shuts down for no apparent reason on a regular basis. I have to stop truck and then restart usually get the gages working again. This happens in all tunes and even when using factory tune.

So you can just be driving along and monitoring gauges then it shuts off, or freezes up?

yes it just stops and the only way to start to turn truck off, open door and then restart.

I would say it freezes up because the display is still on just the gauges are not working.

Can you post the contents of the runtime folder from the t2 drive as well as the info.xml file from the t2 drive?
