Hello, I have such a problem, there is diablo intune2 after I updated it it doesn’t want to connect to the machines anymore, it says there is no license. can something be solved with this? Or just buy a new license? he is untied from the car

I dont think the device is communicating with the vehicle.

The database is empty on the device. when connected to the update, nothing changes; one file updates and that’s it. I can’t call now unfortunately

Im not sure what you are referring to, there is nothing missing from the device.

No, I am trying to explain that the issue is the fact that the devcie is not communicating with the vehicle, it is not an update issue or anything I can fix by sending you a file.
Need to determine why it can;t talk to the truck.
