It's so great that this company can't give a realistic date of release for the vehicle I asked about. A little advice for you, don't tell people what you think they want to hear just to string them along. I would rather have the truth than the crap that you have fed me. Who knows, maybe you are actually really close to the release and that would be great. If you look back at this string, I only reply based on the dates you have said. Again, real dates would be great. If its unknown, then say its unknown.

I'm trying to give you $$$ and you obviously don't want it. You would like to think that tunes for Raptors would be a priority because the people who buy Raptors want all the performance they can get since they are pretty much just toys.

On a positive note, I really like the T2 and how the tunes performed on my 2015 6.2L GMC Sierra Denali, that's the only reason I'm waiting for 2019 Raptor tunes.

Hey Mikel

I see raptor support is active.. yay

It is vague in the description.. Does it do any trans tunning?
Or is all the performance in the engine and TCM is left alone?

Thanks

I apologize if this question has been asked elsewhere, but here is my issue. I purchased a additional license on my T2 for Ford. My T2 says it has the most up to date software when I connect it to my PC and run update agent, however I can't access the tune when I connect it to my Raptor. Hopefully this is a simple fix. I also get this error when I plug the T2 into my PC. If I need to call tech support I will do that when I get a chance. Any assistance would be appreciated. I have also attached the info.xml file

Sorry I should have added this with my previous message.

It seems normal when I connect it to my truck and go to the tuning icon. When I get to the tuning choices, it has 93, 91, 87, modify stock, or skip this module. I have selected 93 because that's what I run and want. The system goes through the stock save and then writes the tune. When it is finished, 1 of 2 things have happened. Check engine light right away or the check engine light will come on within 5 minutes of running down the road. One of the codes is pre collision warning and I can't remember the other off the top of my head.

Interesting.
Please use the device to read the codes and let me know what they are and we'll get it sorted out.

I reloaded the 93 octane tune. I did take the pre collision setting to off for the truck so that wouldn't activate. If I wouldn't have that would have activated and I don't like driving around in limp mode. I didn't get a check engine light this time but I still have the other code I couldn't think of earlier. The photo of the code is attached. It is the Internal Control Module Torque Performance code. So far, the truck seems like it is working fine when I went out and drove it.

Thanks, we're checking this out.
They may want to see the tune files if you can post them from the tunes folder here.

Hopefully I attached the correct file. Currently I have no active codes, everything seems to be running just fine, but I haven't turned the pre collision back on.

It happened again. I have attached a screenshot of the trouble codes.

I accelerated to pass a semi on a two lane road and just as I got around him the truck had the check engine light come on and I lost almost all power to continue to accelerate.

I have removed the tune from my truck until there is a remedy.
