So I've seen screenshots of Intune i3 that are for sale and supposedly unlocked, but one shows "Licenses : 1/0" and no Vin, while another shows the same for licenses "1/0" but it also shows a vin# and seller says it is unlocked. Anyone know what is the real status of these, are they both unlocked?
