2003 ford lightning

Hello I have a 2003 ford lightning svt supercharged it is currently on the 90 mm maf 93 tune with a few tweaks has Basanni mid pipe and flow masters nothing else everything is stock that being said looking to add a 4# lower pulley and am wondering if the pulley tune loaded on the I 3 will work safely with this bolt on or if I need custom tuning ?
