2014 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT parameters

My Trinity 2 EX is not allowing me to adjust parameters of the tunes. It starts to act like it will load the custom options, then goes right back to “do you want to install or customize parameters” I’ve tried all I can think of. I really need to turn AFM off and adjust some of the parameters.

Do you have the Trinity T2 EX 9245 Platinum version tool? Or do you only have the limited Trinity T2 EX 9200 California/50-state version tool??

If you only have the Trinity T2 EX 9200 California/50-state version tool, you will have limited adjustability with it and will not be able to adjust many things like the full version 9245 Platinum can...

I have the 50 state version. But the site says I can still adjust the things I need. The issue is I can’t even get to the parameters. It acts like it’s about to load to the screen where I adjust them then kicks back asking if I want to adjust or tune as is.

Pretty sure theres a bug, the tech guys can fix if you call in and give them the serial number.
