tow vs diablo tune

I have a 2016 GMC sierra1500 5.3l V8. with a cat back flow master exhaust and AFE CAI. I tow a 30' 7000lb camper and used to use the 87 performance turn with 91/93 octane and adjusted the shit points. I got better MPG but still struggled a bit with hills and and would tac at about 4k on some hills, on the flat it was fine. What would be better the Tow Performance Tune or 93 Octane Diablo Tune?

Best all around performance will come from the 93 tune with 93 fuel, as it will create the most torque output.
