Perf Transmission Tune for Hellcat Redeye no good compared to stock.

I just bought an Intune3 for my 2019 Hellcat Redeye and applied the 93 octane tune and transmission tune. The car felt lazier and softer shifting no matter what transmission setting I chose. Also my trans temps are noticeably higher. I switched back to my stock tune and my shifting is back to being firm and responsive. And around the town the tranny is 10-12 degrees cooler. Anyone try the Perf Trans tune on a Redeye?

this is not something i have heard or seen before. can you load the tune to the car, then post copies of the last tune written pcm and tcm files here so we can take a look?
you can return to stock after loading the files here.

I just went and applied the Perf Transmission Tune. Here it is as well as the Diablo Tune that is on the car as well.

thanks. we developed these tunes on our 2019 RE, and it ran like a champ, we'll sort this out.

Thank you for looking into this. There is a chance it is just me misinterpreting the cars behavior. Are the downshift points altered in the tune as well?

What specifically am I supposed to notice as far as behavior changes when running the Perf Trans tune?

the main difference will be some added pressures on upshift/downshift at heavy throttle. no changes to mapped shift points, etc.

load this to the i3 as a custom tune then load it to the tcm and let us know if its better.

Out of curiosity, how does this one differ from the canned Perf tune?

there were a few changes in your tcm file that the calibrator wasn't familiar with and they are going through the build to see where those changes came from, this file matches all of our perf tcm tunes for the hellcat/redeye.

Oh ok cool. Great find. So, that being said... any chance the calibrator could take a peek at the Last Applied PCM (93 octane) tune I attached above as well... just to make sure its all good with what it should be?


I'm on a business trip right but should be able to take the car for a rip with this new TCM tune on Friday.

So I applied the TCM tune you sent and it is really snappy now. Crisp up shifts and down shifts, progressively more as I go from Street to Sport and Track. It rips! Thank you so much for you help and support on this! I loved my car before but now I really love it!!
