So using milage booster is fine with only 87 or would people recommend 89 or yet 91 ... What would the pros and cons be

I wouldn't recommend that tune at all. I'd use 93 octane with the Diablo tune. The more power, the less the motor has to lug, the better the economy. With the economy tunes, theres less power, the motor is always having to work harder and the mileage will suffer.

^^^ EXACTLY! Never understood why anyone would want to drive a de-tuned vehicle trying to save gas. An optimized tune means performance and economy walk hand in hand!

For around town driving, I agree, that even the perf tunes would be best for mileage as the extra low end torque helps get the truck moving with less throttle, however, if its a long road trip you are planning, the MPG booster is exactly what you need as it optimizes the MDS settings to allow for it to stay in 4 cyl mode longer/more often, which helps quite a bit at highway speeds over extended periods of time...

That may be but I don't have or would ever want MDS. If I ever buy a vehicle with it I will disable it. If I want a 4-banger, I'll buy a 4-banger and If I want a V8, I want all 8 cylinders all the time! Actually, right now I have a very fast V6 and it's great!
Zero to 80 is really quick and I can still get 30 mpg on the highway.

I can't do burnouts (thanks Quattro), but my 3.0 just got 29.8mpg averaging 83mph. Good enough. Longer trip, or smaller feet, I coulda gotten over 30. Not bad for a 300+hp, 4100lb (plus 3 passengers and luggage), AWD sedan.

I dont know if it is the same for all vehicles but on the last 4 dodge vehicles I have owned running 87 actually hurt gas mileage like Mike said. Running 91 octane increased my MPG so much that when I did the math I ended up saving more even though it costs more at the pump.

After a few mods and a tune on my Challenger RT, I got 30.7 MPG on my 33 mile ride home. Not bad for a 4300lb car but my girls 3.6 Charger with the 8 speed averaged 38 on a trip to Austin.

If people learned to look at $$$ per mile, vs miles per gallon, it would be a different world....

Except what my problem is in canada 91 octane is everywhere compared to the limited availability 94 octane from Sunoco ... So I use the 91 perf tune ... So when comparing 91 vs milage booster what would be better.. And should I use 91 OCTane for both settings

You can use 87 octane or above with the mileage booster tune but you have to use 91 or better with the 91 octane tune.
I would stick with 91 or better for the knock resistance.
