I used my Intune Tuner a few weeks ago and it worked fine. I plugged it in last night and it says not compatible with this vehicle. I looked and it is missing the ford tune. How can this be fixed?

I plugged my Intune tuner into my car tonight and I have this error message "vehicle not supported contact diablo"... It worked a couple weeks ago and now this. I have an 01 Mustang GT. Will I lose my stock tune that is on file?

How much timing does the Diablo tune add? What is the best way to get a custom tune? I believe the closest dealer is around 60-80 miles away from me. I will see if I can contact them also... Thanks

I have an inTune tuner and I am running the Diablo tune.
Here is my set up:
stock 4.6 2v
CAI
Trick Flow 75mm throttle body and plenum
3500 stall convertor
4:10 gears
2 1/2" x-pipe (no cats)
2 chamber flow master mufflers
