The connection piece that accepts the male end OBD II wire. At the bottom of the pick on the board. Is that possible to replace or fix?

Is it possible to order this connection piece? Or send it to you all to get it soldered back on?

My old intune went out. I have sinced got a new Intune i2 for my 2006 dodge magnum rt. I was wondering since I have the stock tune still in my laptop, is it possible to use the new i2 to restore my stock tune?, as I need to install a getrag and new pcm...

My Intune does not work any longer. It went out before I got to datalog and send that in for a revision. My car (06 5.7 Hemi) appears to be misfiring and I cannot do anything about it with the Intune. Any recommendations?

What is the label for the 93 oct cai tune in the Intune? I hear it is the "diablo tune" or simply "CAI tune". Can you all shed some light?.......I see clearly the 91 oct CAI tune label in there but do not see either of the 93's...please help clarify.

Looking through the dealer locater and do not see RPM (Richmond, VA) as an authorized dealer. I know they sell you all's stuff, are they authorized? Thinking about getting an email tune from them.

Ok so its obvious that Sams Club, Valero, and 7 Eleven gas cannot be used for a 93 oct fuel perf tune. What gas should I be using to get that tune? Shell, Exxon, BP, or..........?

OK, so my PCM calibration is solved and I was able to load the 91 oct CAI tune. Now I'm getn a ESP BAS light, what does this mean?
