Figured it out. I'm running Windows 8.1 and it appears to be working after I right-clicked the DiabloSport drive and ran the Intune updater under admin rights. Simply launching when it autoruns doesn't work.

It's unchanged this morning after leaving it alone all night. Going on 24 hours now.

Hooked up my InTune to update after a couple of months in the glove box, and it's been stuck at ' < InTune ? ' on a black screen all day. Probably going on six hours now. The CDFS and FAT volumes are present in the drive list but are empty.
