Yes, after restoring the stock tune to your vehicle, the tool unlocks and allows you to use it on another supported vehicle.

I can only imagine this to be an issue with the TCM cal itself. I dont have anyone else reporting it at all, and dont even have any similar ...

to make it work inthe mustang you have to go to options/change vehicle type and select the Mustang.

a lot of same symptom. As written in the forum, I have a very similar error.

Regarding your answer probably to solve this problem, when setting the vehivcle kind,

It's been more than 6 months after I first reported this issue and not solved at all yet.

2. That indicates the tool is holding an unsupported tcm backup.
i would suggest restoring the stock tunes then update the tool, what revision is it on currently?
