4 hours and nothing. Task manager says its running. I can't believe this. Diablo says 40 minutes.....

it was on all day from 11 am to 8 at night. Didnt work.

How long does it take once the intune window is open and the red bar is solid?
It says to "DO NOT UNPLUG!" but it doesn't seem to be doing anything.
