Just got a u7165 and trying to update it and it won't connect to my pc

Where i install tune it has option to modify tune what does that do?

i bought a 07165 from my buddy never used and it has 9r10 in it it says i need to update it can i do it with the dsdownloader?

what kind of custom tunes can i get for my predator for 6.0 powerstroke?
