RE: Ideal fuel trim settings??

Christy, I initially installed the performance tune and it gave me lean codes as well as really soft shifts.I think your performance tune runs leaner than the Steeda 91 tune because I ran it for 300 miles without any lean codes. We have tried all the tunes in the tuner and the 91 steeda is the best ...

RE: Ideal fuel trim settings??

I installed a MAC Performance cold air intake with 83.5 mm venturi and ceramic coated shorty headers and catback stainless duals all from Mac Performance. I am using the latest version on the U7145.

Ideal fuel trim settings??

I have been working on the tune for my 2007 v6 mustang with the U7145. I have settled on the 91 octane steeda tune and thought it was just a little rich. Yesterday we ran diagnostics and the computer was adding 8% at idle and quite a bit more at normal driving speeds. We went in and ended up adding ...

RedStang06, Thanks for the info. I have the U7145 and we are going to put the 93 tune in tomorrow. Finally got the hangers for the second muffler from ford today. So all the parts are in place and ready for the fun of checking out what the diablo tuner can do. Will keep you posted.

I guess you are talking about installing the 93 octane tune and backing the timing off from there or is there a better tune to start with based on the modifications we have made? Thank you.

High elevation tune?

I have a 2007 4.0 v6 Mustang and I have purchased the U7145 tuner. We have recently added a MAC Performance CAI with a 83.5mm venturi and ceramic coated headers with a stainless catback dual exhaust. We live at 7000' elevation and we wanted to start with one of the preloaded performance tunes. Our ...
