Exactly, no need for a laptop.

The tool will marry itself to the vehicle it is tuned to, but it can be unmarried by returning the stock program to the PCM, which will unlock the tool so it can be used on another vehicle that it supports.

I would be definitely be interested too. I've been looking for a tuning solution, so if you guys make a programmer me and I'm sure many others will buy it. I'm in orlando also and would also be willing to help with testing. I have a 2.4 automatic with gm header, wide open muffler, short ram intake ...

I'm in Orlando, but I can travel down there if need be. REDFOCZ is as also. I might be able to get someone in your immediate area if need be though.
