but when i put the 91 octane tune in the car performs better then the 93 octane tune.ps.have try several brands of the 93 octane fuel.still the same.DiabloMatt wrote:probably the lower spark timing is making the engine less efficient and uses more fuel.

93 octane to 91 octane
when i change from 93 octane tune to 91 octane tune the ram 5.7l hemi year 2014 uses a gallon more then the 93 octane tune.whats the reason of it.?

i was wondering if you guys have a tune for towing. something that gives better shift points and hopefully better MPG. the tune would be for a 2011 ram 1500.

with a turbo engine you can get more power till its going bang.more power is lesser reliability then a normal aspirated engine.we see that here enough in europe with tuned turbo engines.more turbo and head gasket failures.
