LX SRT8s also have the "Performance mode". Run the car at 15mph or more, and turn and hold the key. You'll get the ding and get full ESP and TCS off while retaining ABS. It also increases the throttle response.

Mike, is this performance mode for all years? And is it a different level than holding ...

RE: Any way to flash without a Key Cycle?

Sucks to hear that Mike. If the Diablo guys can't answer this, would it be worth buying a new PCM? At the same time, if they total it, would it really matter? Claim dumb and say the water damage must have created the PCM problem?

I've run two versions, including the current one and no shifting problems.

This seems to only affect a small number of cars??

Re: 300c learning Predator

Hello,

Lately I noticed my car has lost some of the power that I had when I first installed the Predator. I have had my battery disconnected. Are you suppose to re-install the Predator every once in awhile? I know our engines can learn driving habits and dummy down power.

Someone told me that ...

RE: Re: RE: Rev limit...WOT

I think you guys may be confusing some terms here. The rev limiter is a safety. I currently have mine at 6750, just cause I don't want it in the way with my shifts. Your car will only rev to the point of where you SHIFT at. So if you raise your shift points to say 6500, that's all the engine will ...

Ran battery all the way down...

Long story, but I completely drained my battery over the weekend. Any need to reflash or is the tune unaffected by doing this?

Thanks.

RE: 9R02 - Shifting behavior changed on my 08 R/T

Well these issues must be 5.7 specific, cause my 6.1 shifts perfectly with the r20. Ran 12's yesterday with it. Good job Diablo!

RE: New Shift Points? HELP?

My tach reads shifts at about 6500 with the raised shift points, so if yours is reading 4K something is wrong. When they say the tack is lazy, it's not that lazy!!

RE: P0128 Thermostat code fix?

You may want to try another tstat. I had this problem too (before diablo). I definately has to do with getting on the highway right away and the amount of time it takes for the temps to warm. But I swapped it out for a different brand 180 stat and haven't had the code since (over a year ago).

Well, the computer definately controls it now, so it would be a matter of cracking into that table. I have faith in you guys :)

RE: Re: RE: Re: RE: Is there an 8r21 coming?

One thing that's really missing from this product that would be nice to have is the ability to stay in gear longer NOT at WOT. When I used LS1 Edit, there was the ability to change the parameters to hold a gear longer at low or medium throttle levels. As you know, the SRT8 can be in 4th gear by 25 ...

jackiert, I'm a little confused by your post above (fine from a stop, not good from a stop), but I re-read your first post, and my car is downshifting normally. Specifically, the car shifted tonight down to 2nd gear up to a little over 60 mph, which is the same as my B&G did.
