Itune seems to have the most recent updates although it now wants me to register the unit again at each PC - PC startup.
I'm sure that it has alrady been registered. 1r04d app and 1r02d GM version. serial #C1BQ8F9-1

It looks like the driver for Qualcomm Gobi 2000 is not installed. Working on that right now. Not sure what that is for.

Downloaded the file /file.php?id=10893 with 1864KB to the diablo updater icon. It seemed to upload for a few minutes and then I tried to update the intune. Same error - cannot replace firmware with group update O. The intune currently has file 1R03J, do I really need to update?

Did you buy it new or has it been registered before? I don't know if that makes a difference.

When I try to update the intune I get an error message and the update fails. "Current firmware revision 1R03J cannot be replaced by the firmware package within group update O".
