Re: inTune Screen Problem
My screen has been a piece of crap since new. You can rarely select the check mark so once I had a tune installed I didn't bother messing around with it any more until this year. I originally tried to exchange it but the retailer told me to contact Diablo about it. It just made me not even want to ...

Question about stock rpm settings
I have had my Intune running various canned tunes for about a year and finally had some time to play with the Tcm settings the other day.
Based on other peoples experience set up the part and wot settings from that and noticed on my 5>6 normal rpm shift the rpm was very high on the stock setting ...

Re: 08 Silverado- custom tune tranny torque management
Anyone?
Or should I just sell the intune and go with a different product?

08 Silverado- custom tune tranny torque management
Hey guys,
I have had my intume for awhile. Played with the canned tunes, ended up settling on the regular tune as premium fuel was sky rocketing here in Canada.
One thing I never have been happy with is the hesitation I get when I stomp on the peddle and the techs have told me it's the tranny ...

Re: How much TM is removed?
I don't believe the truck is starting in 2nd. Especially a HD. When I switch to manual shift at a light the truck is in 1st.
I sometimes have put it into second at a stop to get a feel for the truck leaving the light in a taller gear as 1st in these trucks is so low.

Re: How much TM is removed?
Okay thanks. It really feels like the hesitation is the TM based upon the other gm gas pots I have driven. Maybe there is something else happening.

Re: Will running 91 tune but filling 93 gas cause any proble
Typically to get 93 octance they do so with ethanol. I believe its around %10 ethanol gives them the bump to the 93. I stay away from any ethanol myself. You can make your own choices based on the infinate amount of info out there.

How much TM is removed?
Hey all,
I have an 08 Chev 2500HD with the 6.0 and the six speed tranny and easily have over a 1000km (600 or so miles) on the 87 tune for my truck. So far, easily gained 2mpg split between city/hwy not driving any different so I would say I am happy as thats at least what I wanted. Even towing ...
