Re: 2017 Support...Always 2 weeks away
Got the new intune today. Updated it and installed the tune on my truck. It works perfect now. All changes I make actually get changed and it updates correctly now as well. Thank you for your help Mike.

Re: 2017 Support...Always 2 weeks away
I will have to call when I get off work. If I can't make it before you close today, I will have to call tomorrow. What info do I need? Just so I can have all the needed stuff ready.

Re: 2017 Support...Always 2 weeks away
Yup I tried that. Like I mentioned, I've tried literally everything I could possibly think of. The intune just does not import the file.
please post the current info.xml file from the i2 drive.

Re: 2017 GMC Sierra top speed limit with I2
Op, you seem to be having the same issue I am. It says it installs but the truck doesn't actually get changed in any way. I've tried everything I could think if. I was in contact with mikel and he sent a tune to try but that won't get recognized by the intune for whatever reason. So it definitely ...

Re: 2017 Support...Always 2 weeks away
When I copy the tune to the device it will not see that it's there. So basically I put the tune into the tunes folder then plug it into the truck and I have no option. For custom tune. It's like it's not even in the device.
Edit: I've tried everything. Tried easy tune, advanced tune, tried the 87 ...

Re: 2017 Support...Always 2 weeks away
I'll give that a try when I get home. It wasn't the power I was missing, it was the fact that AFM was still active even though I shut it off and it didn't seem to take any changes I made.

Re: 2017 GMC Sierra
The updates do not support either trans. The 2017 trucks are ECM only. And I was able to get mine to install on the truck but the tune doesn't stick. So basically nothing changes from stock. I posted files for Mike to look at but so far no reply.

Re: 2017 Support...Always 2 weeks away
Yeah I sent them an email. It messed around with it some more and it definitely appears to not do anything. I turned the throttle boost all the way up and still no change from stock.
post the backup and last tune written files from the tunes folder here so I can check them out please.

Re: 2017 Support...Always 2 weeks away
I just got my intune today for my 2017 and I can say that in my instance, it does not work. It says it installs but nothing actually happens. AFM is still active even though I specifically shut it off. And throttle boost has no effect.

new guy here on the forum
Hello, I'm Eric and I bought a intune (should be here monday). I figured I'd join here and get to know the product a little more. It will be going on my 2001 Silverado 5.3.
