currently have 93 performance tune installed and every thing is great... I have installed cai and want to change to 93cai tune. Do I return to stock tune & start all over or can I change to cai tune some other way ?

Can I have an annual DMV safety & emissions test with a diablo tune installed or should I replace with original stock tune ???? I am not sure being they plug into my cars computer system...

can I do this to an existing tune or do I start over with a new 93 octane tune ?

this vehicle is a '07 charger police package. Is there a simple "slight" de-tune that I can do quickly to get me close to a 91 tune ????
