Re: Real Life MPG improvement? Post em!
2 MPG loss sounds about what the DOD would be worth. I get about 11-12 around town and about 15 on the highway in my 2004 Silverado Z71. To be fair, that is about the same as I got prior to tuning. I have larger tires, jacked up suspension, and it is too old to have a 4 cylinder mode. I use a custom ...

Re: Fan speeds for 180º thermostat
Thanks!
The stock fan temps listed on my charger were 208 low speed and 217 medium/high speed. I lowered them to 188 and 194 for a 180º thermostat. Still wondering what the consensus is...

Fan speeds for 180º thermostat
Hi all. I'm installing180º thermostats in two vehicles. A 2011 charger 5.7 and a 2013 durango 5.7 .
How much lower is it recommended to set the fan temps. I have read drop all 20º lower (I think so fans don't run too much and/or to avoid codes), 23º lower (since stock is 203 and new one is 180), or ...

diablo intune freezing up
I'm having the same problem with freezing trying to tune? I have on occasion needed to charge my battery before or after tuning/retuning. I was told before the the "registry reset" was the best option. It's plugged in and ready.

Re: Updated stock ECM calibration and Intune error.
Thanks. Will do. It is now freezing up on me at the vehicle ID stage, too. Is it possible it messed something up in the tool?

Updated stock ECM calibration and Intune error.
I was running a custom tune (from lew) on my 2007 Yukon. (Been doing allow of work on it lately.)
I replaced the HVAC unit and needed to reprogram it. I used a tech 2 and bought a 2 day subscription for $55 through GM SPS.

received tool back from diablosport, need tech support
I also emailed via the site but not sure if it went through.
I was instructed to mail the tool in, and just got it back with a note saying "normal GM freeze issue" and to email tech support. We did a registry reset when I last called. Tool freezes right after determining vehicle info. It goes to a ...

I have a few different custom tunes and was trying to load an older one.
Also, tried to adjust parameters and it froze just after "determining vehicle info"
Froze after trying to determine vehicle info to scan for DTC as well.
Will I need to send it in for repair?
