So set the MAF curve to 28? And did you get to look at the logs at all?

Take 10 back out as in set the MAF curve to 8/9? When I first installed the CAI I set the MAF curve to 8 and the rpms would drop and spike along with noticeable engine knocking. The engine knocking was noticeable at 14 as well but much less so. At 16 the engine knocking was gone, but the fuel trims ...

I also modified the tune to have an MAF curve of 19. Here are the logs for that. I don't know if this is better than the other, but should give you an idea of which way I should be taking this. Thanks again for your help!
