O.P., I can guarantee your truck will be MUCH better after a canned tune, and EVEN MORE better with a custom tune. (I recommend Hemifever)
I finally got my custom tune back in yesterday, and I am a happy driver again.

should I just restore my intune and re-marry it to my truck?? I have my custom tunes backed up on my PC.

Same issue as some people here.
I restored stock tune before the dealer flashed/updated PCM, then I got the vehicle unsupported/update DCX online message after trying to reload my tune.
I updated DCX online, and now I still get the unsupported message.
