I just purchased a used U7194 (v.9r03) that was supposed to be unlocked.
My vehicle is a 2008 Silverado 2500HD 4x4.
Under "show last tune written" there's a 91 octane tune, a calid, and a vin # from what appears to be a late model 'Vette.
I have plugged it into my truck and it does see my VIN but ...
