Once i restore my vehicle can i sell this tool and tune to someone else who has the same vehicle?

Also i plugged it into my laptop and ran the updater but i get a error please see picture and tell me if i need to do something

New Intune DCX

After installing updates i connected my intone to my car and said it may need a calibration update. i press the green check mark and pressed continue. it booted down and i plug back into my laptop. when it opens the software i am greater with a Error thats say the following
