Disconnected battery for a while and good to go.

I have am 07 ram 1500 5.7 had it on diablo tune since I got the tuner changed it to 87 octane tune and now my truck is stuck in drive tried a different tune and the same thing. Returned to stock and no change stuck in drive will not shift gears need help

I am new to diablo I installed my intune on my 2007 ram 1500 on Diablo tune it worked good. Changed to 87 Oct tune and now it starts out in drive does not change gears.
