I sent in a Predator to have the VIN unlocked. Just curious on what the turn around time was. UPS said it arrived there yesterday. How quick can I expect it back?

I've read on some different websites that it is locked to that trucks VIN. is this true and if so, can it be unlocked?

I bought a used Predator my 2004 Chevrolet Duramax Diesel (LB7). Is there anything special I have to do to it before installing it on my truck. It came off of a 2002 Chevrolet Duramax.
