Update agent still not working. Got new error:

acronis image was with clean OS. so I installed all needed again.
maybe something is missing now....
what would you recommend?

first I installed on new clean OS update agent from diablosport website.
doesn't work
then uninstalled it and tried update agent from tuner memory.
doesn't work also ...

the same when all was working - win 7 pro 64 bit. even didn't changed OS - just used old acronis image.

maybe I should add some OS component to get it work?

Got unlocked i1000. It boots fine. Also got it updated via update agent 1.0.

Connected the unit to my RAM 1500 09 5.7. Tuner asked me to download calibration update. Also done. After that brought unit to the truck and connected it. It tries to install calibration update but shows "an error occurred ...

Tried multiple times. After deleting group_update file and rebooting device it freezes with such screen (see attached photo). But I can reach its memory from PC.

Here's what is on it's disk. All folders except "Updater" are empty.
If I delete large file "group_update1.itfg" device doesn't boot (see device screen on photo). After deleting file "group_update1.itfg" device shows 1.03 Mb used and 98.7 Mb free space in it.
