Can anyone elaborate on timing advance briefly? Is 40 deg. to high at 65 mph? What are safe timing ranges for optimal performance ?

Sorry, I was using the (-) behind all of the data labels... It may have been confused for a neg. symbol... Its +3.69... anything on the cold start RPM issue... it just sounds like the RPM's decrease but the valves are slow to decrease in speed... Im no mechanic or motorhead so i dont know if this ...
